What Do Colors Mean On Rubber

Well, saying that "he who Forewarned is forearmed."
They also say that "if you want soup, take two cups"
I already threatened at the time he was to open another blog ... because in reality, be two.
But do not worry much ... also states that "no evil that lasts 100 years"

Here's the link, the first of them, if you want to spend:

http://hojeador.blogspot.com/

I need a polish bit. Do not know how to remove the bold text, create links in it and put a gadget with the latest comments ... in short, that a change of staff and everything you think you know will crash ...
will be fixed.

Greetings.

Average 15 Year Old Penis

Location: Where the Mad Meg Brughuel left the box.

This serial number 13 of Bois Maury, came in second in which we can observe the work of H. Ives to scripts, and second also in which we presents a dreamlike story. Influenced by Brughuel
"Old" and more specifically by the table with the same title that the authors have tried to give his work (Dulle Griet), Hermann and son take us to the sixteenth-century Flanders. For, as Brughuel box, show the demons that people have within them a history between the fantastic and terrifying, which the authors have not hesitated to show the great artist as a character in the comic and the city where the story unfolds, and the events that this happen, and what led to the Flemish painter to paint that picture.

To tell this story Hermann and H. Ives place us in Flanders, but this, unlike the rest of the series, is an almost accidental because the story would have been equally well in any other European city of the century. And, in this case. the authors do not give much importance to the historical or "documents the work, which is appreciated, it is a comic strip them much more correct than" Rodrigo ", which also tried to mix the dreams and fantasy with reality and history without much success.

As I say, the documentation for this work, especially the imaginary part of Hermann who refuses to place the action in a specific site of the XVI century Flanders, however, we can see as people who teach us a lot of similarities with the Belgian city of Bruges and from there I will start to show you the last entry in this section.
So we can see the city, and more specifically one of its towers and the Flemish painter, Brueghuel, become the protagonists of the comic and in its best observers, attentive to each vignette, the story they tell us father and son.

I can not resist to show you this link I discovered while searching for images for this entry. It's an interesting post on censorship Brughuel a box "old" and that censorship is apparently not aware of time and place.

Peeing Alot And Lower Abdoman Hurts

The Visit: Japi.

I said at the time that if a friend had planned visit, half-finished, and would like to participate, without hesitating a moment, would open the doors The Caraviñeta.
So when one of the japis showed up at my door with a bottle of wine (great book, by the way) I could not help but lift the lock and push it in so we can have a chat with him. And it

Japiland or Ui Ar japis in the language of its inhabitants, is one of the most attractive and fantastic to be visited by the world comiquero Internet. Landscapes of great beauty accompanied the tourist to stop losing their wonderful ways. Where art (the ninth, right) can be seen in each of its corners.

For those who've never been so emblematic destination, I would advise on the most important monuments to visit:

News Tributes
Authors

Covers
do not miss. I love it.
With Japi (one of them) talk about the Small Jewels, who has given us this art.

But I was a guest for one of these "visits" but ... I had quite a few months Curren an entry with face and eyes ... no more visits.

And today is Three Kings Day and wanted to make a gift to Angux who got tired of waiting for my cooperation. Here is part

commented that the material collected for his "visit" and our warmest recommendation to "visit" his highly recommended blog.

Given my inability to comment on comics I got to dive deep into my shattered mind and crowded library looking for these "little gems" that at one time or another lit my life, my mind, my heart. I tried to avoid these "works magna" we all come to mind, no "watchmens" or "chalk lines", no "killer Elektra" and "torpedoes." Try to think of these cartoons, these pages, those scenes that at one time or another touched the strings axonal ruined my neurons playing a special tune.

And it all starts with Calvin and Hobbes by Bill Watterson . The wonderful characters who always act as "seed" to grow ideas and good feelings in the reader.

And a special memory and brings these cartoon strips with prominence of the "snowmen."

And there we come to the end of one of my favorite stories of Corto Maltese the great Italian artist and adventurer Hugo Pratt. It is one of the stories collected in the volume of "The Celtic" and was set in the IRA and their struggle against British tyranny in a romantic vision of armed struggle for ideals, something that today is so politically incorrect to even think about it.

Noteworthy is that last vignette with a Short thinkest sitting on a beach surrounded by seagulls, a cartoon short like a charm to the character and a contemplative attitude and active time in life something so far from the accelerated times we live where we do not have play time to "contemplate" (or make "visits" are essential) and just our mission in life is nothing but mostly beholders mere witnesses to the events that we play live and we increasingly more difficult to influence them.

That bullet, making the minimum search of reference material, I saw a colored version that I post and that is "turned" to the original cartoon. It is curious that this simple "twist" completely changes the narrative of that panel. Short colored bullet in sight to the right, if "read" this image seems the character is thinking about the future, the right of where we are is what is to come, what is read, which is written. In contrast to the original layout look left, the past, what happened, to read the writing. This effect is enhanced when the PROVISIONS ON the last two strips of the page to view a short "watching" his farewell to the beautiful young Irish activist who has just left the fight for ideals.

Italian And Italian in this wonderful "Splash page" of "HP and Giuseppe Bergman" by Milo Manara .

A work that has a relationship with Hugo Pratt is starring as master of ceremonies of the impossible adventures of a character like Giuseppe Bergman adventure to hop around in open space adventures introspective, to politicking experiences heirs of the utopian utopia of May 68, with the necessary erotic touch that never fails in any work of Manara.

This vignette-page that illustrates how little the process-psychedelic-lysergic hallucination of a peyote trip chased me for a long time both in my good dreams and in my dire nightmares.

I hope that now do the same with you.

And changing the third I started thinking about the character that brought me back to superhero comics after years of indifference and three scenes quickly came to my head. Two of the unforgettable stage by Chris Claremont and John Byrne in the collection. The first will always remember those issues Vertex read in Black & White inside an olive green Seat 850 (our first family car.) That conversation between Cyclops and Wolverine cutting stuck in my mind do not know why yet pear and I love to reread.

The second scene is typical and impactantísima Wolverine output of sewage from the sewers of the Hellfire Club.

The other image is the initial splash page miniseries character did Chris Claremont and Frank Miller , otherwise it is wedged of the mythical phrases: "I am Wolverine. I'm the best at my job, but my job is not very nice."

And here I present the most surreal vignette that you can put you in the face. A bullet perpetrated by the magical talent of Alan Moore and reflected graphically by Kevin Nowlan . A cartoon in one of the stories of Jack B. Quick into the Tomorrow Stories by Alan Moore.

Read it and amazed me.

And now I saw two images of the cartoons of the great Jean Giraud "Moebius"

Images, scenes and stories with a phallic really important component. We can start with this double page cartoon priceless Long Tomorrow which had a screenplay by Dan O'Bannon. And follow with a "minor work" of the French genius, lubricating Chronic, based on an irreducible character with an erection for most of the comic.
is logical, and I hope it excusable that these two comics influenced significantly in a runaway adolescent reader.

And I can not show some pages master of "A bit of blue smoke" from Ruben Pellejero written by LaPiere. I would put any of the pages that are a concert of stories, storytelling, drawing and colors you will deal with overflow and equally, but I chose these changes of the last pages of the book ... how difficult it is to have so much with so little ... and how well it does Reuben.

I must admit that my fondness comiquera was cemented in my teens in the "comic books" which once were called "adult." In our library, which now rests at home with my parents, are the complete collections or "somewhat complete" in magazines such as 1984 and his heir Zona 84, Creepy, Illustration & Comix, Cimoc, Cairo, Totem, Rambla, Ramp, KOComics ...

But when something related to these journals came to my mind this issue of the journal Plot presentation to edit the famous Joan Navarro and that this issue had a cover Mique Beltrán (who presented within Femme Fatales series to scripted with drawings of Max ).

Inside this issue had three wonders in the form of short stories that I post here a sample page. The first is a comic Federico del Barrio with the title to "sing a song when you wake up." A marvel of game communication between sender and receiver, message and messenger, medium and content, which leaves us with a great aftertaste.

cartoon follows Peter Pan's Pere Joan, one of those included in the volume "My head under the sea." A game between age melancholy that fails and age that does not stop moving. A graphic delight intentionally leaves a bitter aftertaste.

And just for the excellent story of "The King of Congo" which draws on a screenplay Raúl recently awarded the National Prize Comics with artist Bartolomé Seguí Felipe Hernández Cava. A simple story linking childish admiration, enthusiasm and responsibility of the figure of "admired" in the pre-Nazi Germany. The importance of "doing what needs to be done" as the theme of the illusions that are very hard survive. A marvel.

And here are just a "visit" for today. There were more images in the ditch and had a bunch of "Attacks on the fourth wall," another of the recurring themes in my desolate mind that appear here in a few weeks.

I say goodbye to you and especially Angux who wish I would have enjoyed this special "Gift of Kings."

Bump Around Lip Piercing

Scenario: The dream of Bois-Maury Toledano.

We arrived at number 12 on one of the best classic series have been published as far as concerns historical comic (with permission of Palacios, Bourgeon and Juillard)
H. Ives in this issue (Son of Hermann) took the reins of the scripts and with his father, and the fantastic drawing of this, it presents a story set in Spain in 1325, when the Crown of Castile and his very young King Alfonso XI, fighting the armies of Al-Andalus, continuing the campaign of reconquest that will take them from Toledo to Granada.
We may face the worst number in the whole series. And it is mainly a script that tries to escape the historical accuracy that the series we had used to hide behind a dreamlike narrative that tries to give a lesson tolerance too visible that fails to convince entirely. With a protagonist, a descendant of the lineage of Aimar de Bois-Maury, who feels neither fighting nor the place as theirs.

This would have to add the item happens to us today. Many of their locations are part of inventive authors, and eye, I say that this is bad, but in a comic that assumes a certain historical accuracy is the least curious to find a monastery near Toledo called San Gabriel (none) , a walled city with the name of Monterrico (nonexistent) and have allowed me to compare it with Jaén and Castillo de Santa Catalina, or a leader (unknown) of the conquered Granada called Rachid Al-Muayyad (?)
Despite the above, there are vignettes that show a great documentation (such as the minaret of the Mosque of Cordoba, see below) and the comic, it is entertaining and, most importantly, does not devalue the whole work.

Here are some of these locations.

A greeting.
